Isle of Wight charging stations hacked to show porn

Electric car owners on the Isle of Wight were angered after public charging points were hacked to reveal pornography. Screens on devices in the parish car parks in Ryde, Cowes and Freshwater are said to display the parish’s own website. But some included cheeky images from a third-party site after hackers accessed the system. A spokesman for the Isle of Wight Council said he was “sad” at the incident.

The shirt worn by Diego Maradona when he scored his ‘Hand of God’ goal against England at the 1986 World Cup is set to go on sale for £4million. The garment is flogged by Steve Hodge, the former England midfielder who swapped shirts with the Argentine soccer legend after the World Cup quarter-finals match in Mexico. Maradona scored Argentina’s first goal of the game when he handed the ball past England goalkeeper Peter Shilton. He then scored a second goal, which became known as the “Goal of the Century”.
