ITV I’m A Celeb: Scarlette and Matt communicate using sign language
i am a celebrity returned to our screens tonight and viewers saw Scarlette Douglas and Matt Hancock sign each other.
In the night Scarlette woke up to see a rat walking around the camp and in the morning when she woke up Matt Hancock and Babatunde Aleshe were already awake.
She decided to signal the couple that she had seen a rat at camp, and while Aleshe had no idea what the sign language meant, Matt managed to understand her and respond in sign language.
Keep up those one-liners Owen 😂☀️ #ImACeleb @_OwenWarner pic.twitter.com/3572XCUMZK

Matt Hancock and Scarlette Douglas sign at I’m A Celeb camp
Shortly thereafter in the episode, Hancock and Hollyoaks actor, Owen Warner, tackled their first trial together.
The former health minister has completed several trials, but this was the first where the other housemates could see it happen.
To win with 11 stars, the couple had to answer multiple choice questions.
We ask the audience: “How many stars do you mean? @_OwenWarner and @Matthancock bring back to camp? ⭐ #ImACeleb pic.twitter.com/6ud9VB2Iu1

If they get it right they win a star equal to a meal for the camp, but if they get it wrong they lose a meal.
Celebs were given lifelines to use if they needed them, but even with those, Hancock and Warner only managed to earn five of the 11 stars.
I’m A Celeb continues on Sunday November 13 at 9pm on ITV.
