“I’ve spent £80,000 on breast surgeries, some have gone wrong but I still want more surgeries”

One woman has said she has had five breast surgeries since 2012 and spent around £80,000 on the procedures, but despite complications she still plans to go under the knife again

A mum has told how she’s gone under the knife five times since 2012 in hopes of achieving her ‘perfect’ cup size – but despite spending almost £80,000 ($100,000) so far, she’s still not happy.

Flavia Oliver from Sao Paulo, Brazil had her first Breast Job 10 years ago and has since experienced several complications – during that time she has had to have her implants removed twice.

Still, the 30-year-old model didn’t let that stop her from having more surgery and plans to get back on the operating table soon.

The mother-of-one says she “loves” her breasts but dislikes the fact they aren’t “symmetrical,” and while doctors aren’t sure symmetry can be achieved, Flavia is determined to get as close to them as possible to approach .

“My first surgery was when I was 20 years old,” she said. “My body was very straight, I had no breasts.

“Then I had my daughter and decided to go with silicone, 350ml at the time, but there was a problem with them and I had to remove the implants and go without for a while.

“A few months later I had another operation to get my breasts back but I didn’t like it.

“I went down a size and it didn’t look pretty.

“It was awful, I could hardly look at myself in the mirror.”

She went on to share how difficult the recovery period is after any surgery and how she found she couldn’t perform some of the most basic tasks.

“The recovery phase is pretty bad, you need help with everything. You can hardly do anything on your own,” explained Flavia.

“It was very complicated, especially since I had several problems.

“But since I’ve always wanted symmetrical breasts, it was worth going through.”

Two years later, the model had her third operation, but unfortunately, problems with the implants again arose and she had to undergo another explantation.

“I had the operation done by a doctor who charged me a lower rate.

“There was a problem and I had to take them out again. I was told to rest for three months to avoid infection.

“Then I was back on the table.”

Although the fourth operation went well, a year later the model decided she was still not happy with the way her breasts looked – and decided to go even bigger, this time with 600ml implants.

She added: “I wanted my boobs to be bigger and a year later I had another surgery. Now I love my boobs but they are not symmetrical.

“I plan to switch implants again, I want a pear shape and a smaller size.

“I’ve had many complications from my surgeries that I’ve never talked about before and it was very difficult, but the moment passes. You get over it.

“Every woman wants beautiful breasts, that’s our priority. And everyone is looking for symmetry, even when doctors say it doesn’t exist – but I’ll get as close as I can.”
