James Corden shared his impressive weight loss after heaviest 21 stone.
The comedian, 43, has lost six stone through constant fasting, boxing and being mindful of what he eats.
He revealed that he canned almost every morning and sometimes only eats an apple at the beginning of the day. But the host of The Late Late Show says he’s not depriving himself.

“It’s like Dry January – it’s great if you give up alcohol for January but inside you’re still like, ‘Wow, in February, I’m going for a drink’.”
James recently became an ambassador for WW, formerly Weight Watchers, as he agrees with their approach of not cutting things out, but being more aware of what you’re putting in your body.

Diet and exercise aren’t the only things the comedian does to lose weight, he also revealed that he has taken part in a 4-day transcendental meditation course, which helps you “get your body down to a state of mind”. sober recovery”.

Talking to ET , James explained that he wanted to leave the job at height. He said: “I just feel like maybe we’ve done enough? Maybe we’ve done everything we wanted to do.
“When I took the job – at first, I didn’t think we were going to be on the air, like, six months later. Then, just as it looked like we were going to be on the air for a little while, I was very determined. that the show would not prolong its welcome in any way and that we would always know when to leave.

It was initially reported that James had been offered around £15m to stay as presenter for another two years, but the comedian is said to have turned down an estimated £40m offer.
