Loose woman: Jane Moore joked she had gin in her cup

Jane Moore was left blushing on Loose Women on Wednesday as she struggled to get her words out while introducing the first topic of the day.

The 59-year-old became flustered as she faltered as she tried to start a discussion on the lunchtime talk show about the obesity crisis facing the UK.

And her co-stars were surprised when the usually cold panelist showed up – and quickly accused her of being drunk and began to disappear.

Seeing the comedic side, Jane joked that she was actually drunk and joked that the Loose Women cup with her name embossed on it was filled with alcohol.

When introducing a segment, Jane spoke to the camera and began: “Now, an amazing report from the World Health Organization warns that Britain will be a Euro-oop.”

That day’s co-stars Carol McGiffin, Coleen Nolan and former singer Frankie Bridge, 33, all laughed at Jane’s expense.

When Jane became flustered and turned to face the camera, Frankie asked, “Are you okay, love?” while Carol asks her: “spit it out!”

Seeing the funny face, Jane laughed: “The fattest country in Europe! I finally got there. “

Debater Coleen, 57, later quipped: “You’ve got gin in that cup.”

Jane then bluntly said, “I’ve got gin in that cup…don’t tell anyone” – before quickly continuing with her presentation duties.

Once back on track, the ladies got to grips with the day’s toughest topics – explaining that they were shocked to learn the UK would soon become the most obese country in Europe.

Jane informed viewers that the country is now second only to Turkey – and the UK is already the fattest country in Western Europe.

It is predicted that the UK will surpass all the rest of Europe to become the fattest country within 10 years.

While it has also been argued that the obesity epidemic has been exacerbated by food delivery apps that have seen a business boom during the shutdown.

Turning her anger on app delivery drivers, panelist Carol, 62, raged that she “hated” them – and couldn’t stand the fact that restaurants were empty while she was gone. food and that a long line of delivery drivers was queuing outside instead.

Coleen Nolan laughed: “It’s not their fault!”

While Carol argues that it’s the government’s fault that people are getting fat by allowing delivery drivers to deliver fast food to the homes of the people who buy it.
