Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are looking to buy a €45 million mansion in LA

Just months after confirming their rekindled relationship, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are looking to buy an LA mansion together.

The couple reconciled in 2021 and are currently in escrow on a $50 million estate in the star-studded Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The 20,000 square foot property sits on 1.2 acres and features 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.

The home is on three levels and includes a cinema, wine cellar, private security suite and gym.

The property has an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, putting green and mature gardens.

Trees make the home private, but the infinity pool offers spectacular views of the Los Angeles skyline.

The property will be another addition to Lopez’s $97 million real estate portfolio, which also includes a $32.5 million home in Miami, which she owns with her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

Lopez herself owns a $28 million Bel-Air mansion that she bought in 2016. The property has its own pub, two guest houses and a 100-seat amphitheater.

On the East Coast, Lopez owns a $25 million penthouse in Manhattan and a $10 million home in Hamptons.

Affleck is said to own a $19.2 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, California, and earlier this year it was reported that Affleck sold his home in Savannah, Georgia for $7 million (€6.3 million). euros) sold.

Lopez and Affleck first started dating in 2002 and got engaged that same year before splitting in 2004.

Earlier this year, Lopez said she feels “lucky” to have a second chance with Affleck.
