Jenny Connor devastated by Carla Connor bombshell

MONTHLY after the death of her estranged husband Johnny, Jenny Connor enjoyed her time with Leo Thompkins.

Meanwhile, her romantic relationship with the toy boy (played by Joe Frost) has failed to impress Carla Connor and she isn’t afraid to say it.

With the death of her father Johnny (Richard Hawley) still fresh in her mind despite their fractured relationship, it’s no wonder that Carla (Alison King) is struggling to see Jenny move on. with another man.

In an upcoming episode of Coronation Street that will air next week, Carla reminds Jenny – do Sally Ann Matthews – that she promised Kate (Carla’s half-sister) part of Johnny’s money.

Fuzzy Carla then accuses Rovers’ landlady of abandoning the family in favor of Leo, leaving her devastated.

But Jenny has another nasty surprise.

When she called the Rovers Inn to thank Jenny to thank her for sorting out the money for Kate, Carla didn’t hesitate to repeat.

After accusing her of neglecting her family, she tells Jenny that she thinks her relationship with Leo is inappropriate, especially right after Johnny’s death.

Johnny drowned to death in Platt’s sinkhole during Super Soap Week, in October 2021, while he was saving Jenny’s life.

Then Jenny gets a terrible call that Leo has been injured playing football and has been taken to A&E… but she is in even more shock when she visits him.

While Carla does not like Leo, Jenny is not interested in him.

This is largely because their age gap makes Jenny uncomfortable.

She was recently reminded of their age difference when she first met Leo’s housemates.

On the other hand, Leo seems to be very fond of Jenny, determined to take things to the next level with her.

He was even willing to introduce Jenny to his parents, despite her reluctant behavior.

And with Carla’s comments about their relationship, will Jenny find it in her to commit to Leo?

Or will she get rid of him and their relationship?
