Jermain Defoe married fiance Donna Tierney in a fairy tale wedding earlier this month, with photos of their special day showing a glimpse of the event.
The 39-year-old former football player and beauty therapist were married at the charming country house Cliveden House in Berkshire, with more than 300 guests in attendance.
The couple – who became engaged last summer – enjoyed their union three-day celebration at the venue, which included a four-course meal and a range of entertainment.
Donna wore a bespoke dress for their recent wedding, which included ruffled sleeves and details – with Jermain looking dapper in a traditional suit, including a white coat, in the shared photos. with ALRIGHT! magazine.

The photos showed the bride and groom – who played for the England national team during his career – posing in front of a splendid flower arch in the venue grounds.
Donna is a vision in white, with her elegant dress said to have been designed by Anna Cirignaco of Eleganza Sposa, based in Glasgow, the bride’s hometown.
Jermain – who previously played for Tottenham Hotspur – stood beside her in a three-piece, consisting of a white outerwear, a black bow and a pair of black pants.
Other photos show the bride accompanied by attendants, including daughter Olivia and sister Charlene. The bridesmaids wore blue dresses suitable for the wedding ceremony.
They posed for photos at the site, which boasts a 376-acre estate and is believed to be where Meghan Markle was before her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.

Jermaine’s groomsmen – including cousin Stefan and friend Ryan – wear traditional suits, with them understood to have been styled by Mo Adass at Signature Bespoke.
The groom walked down the aisle with his mother, Sandra, who wore a pink dress. The bride is accompanied by her father, Charlie, when What A Wonderful World takes place.
“When I turned around and saw her from afar, my eyes started to tear up. I tried to calm down, but I’m an emotional person anyway,” commented Jermain.
The couple exchanged vows and custom rings. Jermain’s wedding band comes in white gold and platinum with two diamonds, while Donna’s is on an emerald strap.
Talking about his wedding ceremony, the groom said: “It was the best feeling ever. […] This is my future. This is forever. This is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with.”
This was followed by the wedding reception inside a glass vase, decorated in pale pink, with a chandelier hanging from the ceiling in the photos.

The tables follow the theme, with large floral displays placed on them. Guests are treated to a four-course meal, which includes “very classy” Kiev chicken and apple tatin.
Entertainment includes a bagpipe walk when guests arrive, to honor the bride’s Scottish heritage, as well as a steel vice that is a nod to Jermain’s Caribbean roots.
The newlyweds took to the dance floor inside the parade ground for their first dance to Luther Vandross’ song Always And Forever, with invited guests joining them halfway through the song.

Another photo from the reception shows Jermain giving a speech, in which he “speaks from the heart” and speaks directly to his wife Donna and stepdaughter Olivia.
The bride said: “What caught my attention was when he talked about my daughter. […] That makes me feel so special. “She added that Jermain was a ‘very good’ stepfather.
Celebrations also included a six-tiered red velvet wedding cake, decorated with flowers – and guests can enjoy a Caribbean buffet later in the evening.

The after-party later in the evening included performances from flame-eaters and flamethrowers, with a wedding reception on the grounds turned into a nightclub.
Among the 360 guests at the wedding earlier this month were some of the groom’s football friends, including Ledley King, Carlton Cole, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Leon Knight.
Several guests were invited to a barbecue the day before the wedding, and the newlyweds held a tea party on the third day. The couple then honeymooned in the Maldives.
