Looking upbeat, the 30-year-old revealed: “I’ve never felt a jet this bad, my eyes are really burning and I don’t even feel like I’m here.

“I feel like I’m getting dizzy all the time and I don’t know what to do because all I want to do is sleep, and I can’t because it’s still too early.”

The 30-year-old went on to ask her fans if they have any tips to help her reduce plane fatigue.

She added: “So if anyone has any tips on how to get around jet lag, that would be greatly appreciated.”

Jesy arrived in LA on Wednesday to begin work on some new music following the success of her first solo single Bad Boyz For Life with Nicki Minaj and P Diddy.

She got her fans excited by sharing a playful in-flight selfie with a friend in her Instagram story.

Before giving an insight into her trip, the Boyz singer sent her fans a heartfelt message.

She told fans: “Just a message to say I love you all, so much and I can’t wait to be able to show what I’ve worked on.”
