Model Joanna Cooper hailed fiance Conor Murray as her “inspiration” in a touching Instagram post.
He is the rugby star who helped Ireland beat world champions South Africa 16-9 at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin yesterday to move up to No.
And it was a historic day for Conor as he became the eighth Irishman to reach 100 caps, following in the footsteps of Brian O’Driscoll, Johnny Sexton and Paul O’Connell.
Taking to Instagram after the epic win, Joanna shared some sweet snaps of herself and her daughter looking delighted and holding hands for a walk on the sidelines.
Another photo shows the couple stealing kisses with Conor wearing his green IRFU jacket.
She captioned the post: “My daily inspiration and hardest worker I know. Congratulations my love 100 hats, you are one of a kind”.
Friends and fans flocked to the comments section to congratulate Conor on his feat and to whisper in front of the cute couple.
Una Healy and Pippa O’Connor Ormond each left several heart emojis while one fan wrote: “Congrats to the amazing Conor on your 100th Cap… You are an inspiration… inspiration for many… Let’s enjoy the celebration tonight.”

Conor and Joanna got engaged earlier this year during a romantic trip to Dubai.
At the time, Joanna posted a video on Instagram showing the moment when the rugby player raised the question.
She captioned the post, which also featured various clips from their trip: “A dream week,” followed by four emojis including an engagement ring.

The 28-year-old gave her Instagram followers a glimpse of her ring when she posted a photo with her fiance, showing off the jewels.
The snapshot shows the couple enjoying a drink as the bride-to-be kisses her future husband on the cheek as he smiles for the camera.
“Best last day of the week ever,” she wrote, tagging Conor.
The Limerick man also engaged his fans in the big news by posting a picture on the grid of him and Joanna, where she showed off the ring, writing: “Fits March 21, 2022.”
The couple first started dating in 2018 after meeting on a night out in London in 2017.
They moved in together in early 2020 and adopted a puppy named Kevin.
