“He’s strong-willed and is coping as best he can, but the horrors of prison have changed him forever. He beat COVID in prison, he beat cancer, and Now he must defeat the system and win his freedom.”
Tami accused Joe of being targeted in prison for his sexuality and said he was “a lot mistreated” behind bars.
She continued: “I posted a video on his social media recently reading his appeal to the BOP for a violation for which he was unduly punished because it was completely fabricated.

“He believes he was targeted because of his lifestyle and is gay. One guard made a negative comment about his tattooed eyeliner and told him she would take care of it. said he would write a lot.
“I won’t go into more detail here, but he was abused and mistreated a lot in prison, and I think most people would be shocked if they knew it all.”
