Joe Swash gets ‘unbelievable’ wind when tree falls at Pickle Cottage

Storm Eunice wreak havoc at Pickle Cottage today as its brutal winds tore through trees while Joe Swash was caught up in the chaos.

Caught in a storm, Joe expresses distrust of the extreme winds that destroyed his home and garden, which he shares with his fiancée. Stacey Solomon.

While being battered by the wind, he told his 1.9 million followers on Insta Stories: “What’s going on? This wind is unbelievable! Look!”

He went on to point out a large tree that had collapsed on the floor, its branches torn off, and continued: “We’ve lost a tree – what’s going on?! This is madness!”

Stacey is currently away from home while filming and has released an update revealing that she is staying safe in the warm house.

Sharing a snap of her nursing daughter, Rose said: “Sorry I was so quiet! These filming days are so long and any respite, I feel like this I miss you boys so much. Two sleeps down to go. I hope you’re okay and stay safe during this crazy storm. She can’t wait to go home and get back here.”

It happened when Cyclone Eunice caused chaos across the UK, ripped O2 Arena’s iconic roof “to pieces”, blow over truck on highway and caused travel chaos as more than 430 flights were cancelled.

Hundreds of railway lines were blocked and road bridges were also closed after a rare “no travel” warning was issued on railway lines in England and Wales.

Both the Prince of Wales M4 Bridge and the M48 Severn Bridge, connecting England and Wales across the River Severn, were closed due to high winds.
