Johnny Depp shocked concertgoers in Sheffield when he and his friend Jeff Beck took the stage to perform Isolation

Viewers at Jeff Beck’s show in Sheffield were stunned on Sunday night when Johnny Depp made a surprise appearance with his guitar.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star, 58, took to the stage in Steel City as Beck continued his current European tour and fans took to social media to share their joy.

According to stunned onlookers, Depp – who is currently embroiled in a major legal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard – sang a cover of Isolation, which was originally a John Lennon song and was released by Depp and Beck in 2016. 2020.

The tune recently returned to the charts amid the actor’s ongoing case with Heard, which will be decided on Tuesday.

Taking to Twitter to share a clip of the performance, one user wrote: “Just came to see Jeff Beck at Sheffield City Hall, he had a special surprise guest, Johnny Depp!!!”

The fourth was also shocked by his cameo, writing in block caps: “JOHNNY DEPP IS IN SHEFFIELD.”

Depp has been involved in the music industry for a while and was previously in Alice Cooper’s side project band The Hollywood Vampires.

He plays guitar in the band and has worked with Beck on music during the lockdown.

His appearance in Blighty is sure to be a welcome distraction amid his highly publicized court case with his actress ex.

Depp is suing Heard for libel in the Washington Post in which she wrote about the alleged domestic violence she suffered, although she did not name her ex-husband.

He is demanding more than £38m in the case, alleging domestic abuse allegations have caused irreparable damage to his career and reputation.

The actor is waiting for the results of the trial



He denied that Heard had ever physically or sexually assaulted her and insisted he was the victim of domestic violence at her hands.

The Aquaman actress has filed a lawsuit against the star and is seeking nearly £78 million in damages after asking a former Depp lawyer, Adam Waldman, to falsely allege that she fabricated the facts against actor.

The case began on April 11 before final statements were released on Friday. The jury is currently weighing the results.
