Jonas Brothers announce new album release date and Walk of Fame tour

The Jonas brothers have confirmed a release date for their new album and tour as they are inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
American boy band – consisting of brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick – joined their families and countless screaming fans at the ceremony in Los Angeles on Monday.
The trio paid tribute to their wife and children, while praising the “wonderful journey” they’ve had over the past two decades.

Nick told the crowd: “We are so grateful for your support. It’s been a pleasure to reflect on this nearly 20-year journey and to celebrate here today.
“But we are looking to the future and what is to come. So with that, I think we should make a quick announcement.”
To enthusiastic cheers, he continued, “We are very excited to announce today that our new album… will be out on May 5. We can’t wait to see you on the tour. touring later this year. Thank you.”
The Jonas brothers rose to fame when they appeared on Disney Channel, eventually becoming one of the network’s most popular stars thanks to their leading roles in the 2007 film Camp Rock and its 2010 sequel Camp Rock 2 – also like their own Jonas series.
The New Jersey-born brothers later launched personal musical projects, which brought them more fame.

All three brothers thanked their parents for supporting them throughout their careers, as well as their wives and children.
Speaking to daughters Valentia and Alena, Kevin said: “Honestly, this is great, but they are my brightest stars. I love you.”
Joe, who is married to Game Of Thrones star Sophie Turner, describes his wife as “my accomplice”.
“You keep me motivated and inspired every day. I try to be as great as you – do you have any plans for the future? he said, making the audience laugh.
He continued: “This journey has been a wild one, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our longstanding passion for music with the world.

“We have been through many ups and downs, but through it all, we are still brothers who are always loyal to our passion for music.”
Nick praised his wife Priyanka Chopra as “the calm in the mad, the rock in the storm” and said being parents together was “the greatest gift”.
The couple announced the birth of their first child, Malti Marie – who was born via a surrogate – in January last year.
Speaking to his young daughter, Nick said: ‘I can’t wait to come back here after 15 years and put her and her friends to shame.
He added: “Kevin and Joe, I don’t want to get emotional – we can do that later – but I love you guys so much.”
Also making comments were the co-founders and directors of Republic Records – Monte and Avery Lipman – and US singer-songwriters Jon Bellion and Ryan Tedder.
“The Jonas brothers were gypped. I see a star and three brothers and loads of sidewalks,” said Tedder.

Aside from their work as a trio, the two brothers have also had successful solo careers.
