Appearing on Loose Women in March, Jorgie talked about finding out they were having twins in the first place.

She said: “Obviously we were happy to have an early scan, the doctor was a bit unsure of what to tell us.

“They said we could see three sacks … then we were told there were four.”

As soon as he realized he was having twins, Ollie revealed that he had “fallen over”.

“It’s an extremely extreme situation,” added Jorgie, as she is a high-risk pregnancy so she will have her routine check-ups.

“On the fifth or sixth scan, she said you had a miscarriage.”

Surgery

The actress is said to have a natural miscarriage or surgery

After learning she had miscarried, it was announced that she could either have surgery or have a natural miscarriage.

“We decided to have the surgery because I didn’t want to witness anything,” she explained on Loose Women. “They said there might have been a lot of blood loss.”

“I felt really helpless,” said Ollie, “I was so upset…we thought it was a miscarriage…as a man, [i felt] really helpless.

“As soon as it happened, I cried and [Jorgie] still going strong, a week later [Jorgie] cried and I had to be strong. “

Despite her and her fiancé’s heartbreak, they are still trying to be optimistic about having children in the future.

She told Closer: “Losing the quads was sad and painful but it totally reinforced the feeling I wanted to be a mother.

“No news to share yet but let’s just say we’re trying – a lot!”

In February, the actress also explained that she was taking extra steps to help her get pregnant.

“I’m taking fertility supplements, including folic acid, cutting down on alcohol, and I’m mindful of not being too stressed,” she said.

“I kept thinking, ‘I’ve been pregnant before, so there’s a chance I’ll get pregnant again’.”

When the incident first happened, the actress had a hard time opening up about the incident.

Speaking on her podcast Loose lipsshe told co-host Sharon Carpenter about the damage it has taken on her mental health.

“No one really tells you about miscarriage,” she says.

“It’s not taught in schools. We’re finding these things in magazines and on [social media platforms].

“When you really live it to be yourself, your mind goes through a lot of things and questions.”

She added that she ‘couldn’t find’ anyone who had miscarried four babies or anyone to talk to in general.
