Jurgen Klopp revealed young fans to be joining with Liverpool’s The title celebration took place after they were overthrown Chelsea inside Carabao Cup final.

The Reds played one of the more thrilling 0-0 draws witnessed this season before a lengthy penalty shootout saw Chelsea’s successful saver Kepa Arrizabalaga become the only player to miss.

Both sides had 11 players in all to get a kick off, with the Blues keeper giving his all. Caoimhin Kelleher’s goals and spark passionate celebrations from Liverpool loyalty in the process.

As is tradition when winning the silver trophy at Wembley, the entire Liverpool team and staff made their way up the iconic steps to receive their trophy and medal.

In the process, they were spotted with a young fan who couldn’t believe his luck.

The boy even managed to get his hands on the trophy while his idols were celebrating before finally getting back to his seat in the stands.

Klopp was asked during post-match media duties who the fans were and he offered a heartfelt explanation when he confirmed he had been picked up and dropped off by number one goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

“Ali brought him in and his dad was screaming ‘let him touch the trophy,'” the Liverpool boss told Sky Sports.

Klopp went on to emphasize the importance of victory for the fans before admitting his focus now is on the next game.

“I’m fine now but I’ll be fine with 90 minutes and 1-0 against Liverpool and we go home.

“I’m happy that people in dark times can celebrate something like this. We have to work hard.

“We play again on Wednesday, which I can’t believe now.

“We’re going to try it out. It’s a home game and it’s going to be explosive for tonight.”

The win marks Klopp’s first time winning a domestic league title since he arrived at Anfield in October 2015.

The victory at Wembley also gave the Red Devils hope for a historic four-way match when Klopp’s army still had all three fronts to fight.

They also have a significant advantage in the second leg round of 16 tie against Inter Milan in Champions League.

The Red Devils prepare for the second leg at Anfield early next month knowing they have a 2-0 start to the game at the San Siro.

Terms Premier League title race, Liverpool sit in second place, six points behind the league leader City of Manchester but played one game less By Pep Guardiola beside.

The meeting between the two sides in April at the Etihad will likely be significant given that the title will finally come to an end in May.
