Jussie Smollet’s snap has been revealed after he was found guilty of staging a fake hate crime.

The former Empire star was sentenced to 150 days in Cook County Jail and 30 months of felony probation, ordered to pay $120,106 and fined $25,000.

He was convicted in Chicago after being found guilty of 5 of 6 counts of disorderly conduct against him for lying to police about being the victim of a racist attack and homophobic discrimination.

In 2019, Jussie claimed his attackers beat him in the face, wrapped a rope around his neck and impregnated him with an ‘unknown chemical’ before they fled.

A month later, he was arrested and accused of paying the brothers £2,600 to stage the attack.

He has been maintaining his purity since the incident first occurred.

After his sentence was delivered, Jussie told the court he ‘did not commit suicide’ and protested his innocence.

He also said that if anything happened to him in prison it was not his fault.

“Your honor, I respect you and I respect the jury, but I didn’t do this.” he told the court.

“And I didn’t kill myself. And if anything happened to me when I got in there, I wouldn’t do it to myself. And you all must know that.”

Cook County Judge James Linn delivered the verdict and called him a ‘quack’ and said he had caused a lot of damage to people who were real victims of hate crimes.

Judge Linn also called the actor “arrogant, selfish and deeply narcissistic” for self-destructing his life and career.

After the sentencing, Jussie shouted: “I am innocent. I could have said I was guilty a long time ago.”

He looks like a rock face in his photo.

Jussie is best known for appearing on Empire as Jamal Lyon, the middle son of hip-hop mogul Lucious (Terrence Howard) and his wife Cookie (Taraji P Henson).

He also appeared in The Mindy Project, Revenge, Underground, as well as Alien: Covenant.

In 1992, while still in his teens, he played Terry Hall in The Mighty Ducks and was even nominated for a Young Artist Award for Outstanding Young Actor in a Motion Picture.
