Kate Ferdinand flaunts a stunning figure in a range of vibrant swimwear

Former TOWIE star Kate Ferdinand – wife of ex-Manchester United and English soccer player Rio – spoke about the couple’s blended family

Kate Ferdinand has shown off her ample assets and chiseled stomach during an Instagram video of 10-year-old stepdaughter Tia.

The ex-TOWIE star modeled a number of bikini and hat combos, switching from one to the next with a snap of his fingers.

She captioned the video, “A bikini and a hat a day,” and her fans and followers were quick to hand out the compliments, as the clever clip garnered more than 34,000 likes within half a day of release.

Among the comments posted was one that simply read: “body goals”.

Another said: “Dream body,” and a third added: “Wow… you look stunning.”

Kate, 30, began dating former Manchester United and England footballer Rio Ferdinand in 2017 – two years after his late wife Rebecca Ellison died of breast cancer.

But Kate has revealed that she feels like she knows Rebecca because the couple “talks about her all the time” and that learning about her has made her a better mother. She has also insisted she will never consider herself a substitute for the mother of Rio’s children.

Speaking on the Parenting Hell podcast about raising her and Rio’s blended family of Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, and their one-year-old son, Cree, Kate said: “Your mother is a huge part of our lives and always will be.

“I would never want the kids to think I’m taking the role of (Rebecca). I’m a mother figure to her, but her mother is her mother.

“She’s part of our lives. We talk about her all the time.

“It’s really weird, but I feel like I know her. In order for me to be the best parent for my three stepchildren, I need to know her and what she would do.

“I accept all of that. When I look back, it was difficult.

“But I have this mentality, I love Rio and if I love Rio then it has to work. I want to be a part of everything.

“I don’t want to be a half-assed stepmother. If I love him and the children, I have to be there for everything.

“It’s been tough and it’s up and down at times because the kids have been through so much that I’m so lucky and grateful to have them.”

Last month, fitness fanatic Kate and Rio’s son Cree also melted the nation’s hearts when he was photographed watching his mother perform on daytime TV show Loose Women.
