Katie Price in “Advice series on used car parking”

Katie Price is reportedly facing a new council row after she allegedly turned her £2million ‘Mucky Mansion’ into a used car park.

According to The Sun, several vehicles were seen parked outside their home in Horsham, which has reportedly led to an investigation by local authorities.

Officials reportedly opened an investigation into “the alleged operation of a used car business” last December, but the case was closed in March.

A second enforcement procedure has now been opened, the decision of which is expected in early December.

Land use law provides that parking and selling cars at a private address could be considered an unauthorized “change of use” of the property.

Carl Woods, Katie’s fiancé, ran a car sales business from his father’s home in Essex but has moved his business address to the Horsham mansion, The Sun reported.

It comes after Katie, 44, from Brighton, was sentenced to a 16-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving ban after taking to the streets while under the influence.

Katie’s house was derelict but is being renovated as part of a Channel 4 program.
