Katie Price has been stoned by fans for “taking pictures” of her son Harvey Price on his 20th birthday.

Harvey, born with visual dysplasia, Prader-Willi syndrome, autism and learning disabilities, turned 20 on Friday (May 27).

Take her eldest son, Katie, who always takes care of him on Instagram and post a sweet snap of him, along with the caption: “My handsome son still can’t believe his 20s me.”

Harvey can be seen standing outside while his mother caught up a storm in memory of the moment.

Although many of Katie’s fans have congratulated Harvey on birthday and been positive about the post, some fans have criticized the former glamor model’s mother for allegedly “taking pictures” of the photo.

One eagle-eyed follower stoned Katie by commenting, “Editing your own son? Wow.”

Then someone asked: “How was he edited?”

The original commenter replied: “His entire face has been edited and is completely plane. This doesn’t look like Harvey.”

After more comments, the original commenter reacted: “I would never photoshop my baby’s face to make it look completely different.

“Only filter to adjust the color of the photo. Don’t be ridiculous.

“Katie obviously took pictures of Harvey, looking just like him. She should be ashamed.”

Another then repeated: “HARV doesn’t need a filter, he’s GORGEOUS HARV.”

While another said: “Blimey she’s even filtering a lot of his photos. Why can’t people show their natural look online. What a sad world.”

Katie’s other fans supported the happy birthday post and raved about the “handsome” boy.

One said: “He’s so handsome, happy birthday harvey.”

Another continued: “Happy 20th birthday to Harvey. Have a great day. Handsome guy and beautiful inside and out.”

“Prettiest guy inside and out! Xx,” said a third.

While the fourth person sweetly wrote: “@katieprice you did an incredible job raising him, I don’t think many people really understand how difficult it is to raise a child with autism. like, especially you alone.”

Harvey’s parents are Katie – who has taken care of him all his life – and biological father Dwight Yorke, a retired soccer player who has been estranged from his son for most of his life.
