Katie Price is planning major foot surgery in hopes of ‘freedom’ ahead of a looming court case

Katie Price has suggested in a hopeful post on Instagram that she may have more surgeries on her feet after damaging them in an accident while on holiday in 2020, telling fans: ‘Let’s hope my life changes changes again to make my everyday life and my future easier.”

Katie Price has hinted she may need another foot operation which will give her “more freedom” after her agonizing holiday accident almost two years ago.

The 43-year-old mother of five crushed her ankles during a trip to Turkey’s Land of Legends theme park in July 2020.

She previously had surgery – and in December she hinted she will need more to fully recover her feet.

Today, the reality TV star shared a hopeful post on her Instagram Story that appeared to address the accident and the pain it caused, but also precedes her court appearance next week after she was accused of violating her restraining order disowning her ex-husband Keiran Hayler’s fiancee.

Posting a picture of her perfectly manicured and tanned feet and legs in ripped jeans, the reality TV star wrote: “Today is the day after months of research and pain. Let’s hope my life changes again to make my everyday life and future easier and more freedom and going back to things I couldn’t do,” ends with a heart emoji.

Late last year, Katie revealed she was in hospital awaiting a detailed scan of her feet – and suggested she was likely to seek further treatment.

The mum announced on Instagram that she was “back” at Chelsea and Westminster hospital for further medical attention, showing a photo from a CT scanner and suggesting she would have her bones examined by the machine.

She added: “It looks like round two to my feet.”

The accident came after the star leaped over a small wall but landed awkwardly – crushing the bones in both ankles and leaving her wheelchair bound while she recovered.

Describing the agony of the horror fall, Katie said: “It’s the most painful thing that’s ever happened. When I tried to put the cast on I cried out in pain. They said I won’t be able to walk for three to six months.”

For many weeks, the star provided gory updates about her injuries as she slowly recovered from the accident, getting back on her feet and walking.

Katie’s speech of freedom comes as she prepares for her court appearance next week after it was postponed.

She was due to appear in Crawley Magistrates’ Court last week to face allegations of violating her restraining order in relation to ex-husband Keiran Hayler’s fiancée Michelle Penticost, but the hearing has been postponed until next Wednesday.

Last month Sussex Police said in a statement: “On Friday 21 January officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.

“Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment – violating a restraining order.”
