Katie Price’s ‘vile’ text message to her ex-husband’s fiancée left Michelle Penticost feeling ‘threatened and scared’ when she had to go out.
The former glamor model, 44, arrived at Lewes Crown Court for sentencing today, along with her fiance, Carl Woods, after pleading guilty to violating a 5-year restraining order against her ex-husband’s fiancé Kieran, by calling her a ‘sorcerer’.
The mother of five has been given an 18-month community order at Lewes Crown Court to perform 170 hours of unpaid work after admitting to breaking the restraining order by sending abusive text messages.
Katie is the first slapped with a 5 year ban which forbids her from communicating with her ex-husband’s partner, directly or indirectly, after she admitted to using abusive language in 2019 against Michelle, 39, at the school gate.
In January of this year, Katie texted Kieran, 34, accusing him and Michelle of conducting ‘adultery.. behind my back’ while they were still together.
In the messages, Katie labeled Michelle a ‘whore’ and ‘slut’.
During court proceedings today, a victim impact statement read out in court said Michelle Penticost said the impact of Katie Price’s breach of the restraining order had had a ‘devastating impact’ on her health. her mental health.
She said: “The impact of what Katie did was so upsetting, I felt threatened and threatened.
“I felt demoralized and didn’t want to go out. The language used makes me feel scared. I felt it was an attack on me.
“As a result, I felt she was going to attack me. I feel that having a restraining order makes me feel safe, but if someone violates it it makes me feel very vulnerable. “
Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: “In my judgment, this offense was committed out of anger.
“The words you used are very offensive and inflammatory so the violation cannot be considered minor.
“In my opinion, the balance between aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the appropriate sentence is a community order at a moderate level.”
Price showed no emotion when the verdict was announced, but only smiled slightly as she left the pier.
Before departing for court on Friday morning, Katie unleashed a profanity.
The reality TV star was heard saying ‘suck my cock’ as she passed reporters, one of whom asked her about the possibility of her going to jail.
Katie wore a striking green audience dress and clutched a straw look bag, with a pair of large colored sunglasses covering her face.
