KATIE Price has expressed fears about her son Harvey’s “life-threatening weight”.
The former Brighton model posted a video of Harvey, 20, wearing bunny ears and eating carrots on Instagram.
“I feel healthy when I eat carrots,” he says to the camera while enjoying a snack.
In a caption alongside the video, Katie revealed Harvey had lost a stone and shared concerns about his weight after hitting 29 stones last year.
She wrote: “I’m so proud of Harvey. He has now lost a stone and his college is doing an amazing job trying to keep him active and healthy as his weight has now become life threatening.
The update comes just over a month after Katie announced that Harvey has been nominated for a National Television Award for the documentary What Harvey Did Next.
The show followed Harvey, who has multiple disabilities as he enters a new phase of adulthood, documenting his transition to a more independent life and how he and his mother are coping with the changes his move to college brings.
Since moving to college, Harvey has learned a number of skills, including going to the grocery store to buy ingredients to make his own food.
