Katie Price reveals the meaning behind new tattoos

Katie Price has come under fire from fans for photoshopping a new holiday pic as she showed off her tan.

The 43-year-old recently enjoyed a trip to Thailand with partner Carl Woods, where the couple got new tattoos on their arms.

Now that Katie has returned to the UK, she was keen to show off her golden tan as she wore an orange tank top and blonde locks that flowed down her shoulders.

But while her pals gushed about how incredible she looked, some of her fans raised eyebrows at the extent of the airbrushing in the photo.

One wrote, “Tell me you’re obsessed with Photoshop without telling me you’re obsessed with Photoshop.”

While another commented, “If this isn’t photo shopped I don’t know what is!”

A third joked: “Madonna uses the same app.”

“But darling, don’t you really look like that? You look so pretty just being natural without a filter,” emphasized another.

Another wrote: “Aww Katie it’s ok to be in your 40s…age is a privilege…just be yourself you don’t have to filter as hard.”

Last week, Katie shared her painful experience of getting a sleeve tattoo and explained the meaning behind her new tattoos.

In the video uploaded to her YouTube channel, she said the tattoo felt like she had “her arm ripped off.”

Speaking of her choice of tattoos, she said: “I asked my mum what her favorite flowers are because I was thinking of what to cover here and she likes daffodils and lilies [and] hyacinths.

“We came up with some drawings here, but he’s going to invent something for me to basically cover it up,” she added, pointing to the space where her new ink would go.

Katie then revealed that her second tattoo was a unicorn because she is a fan of horses.

She said: “I choose my second tattoo. I found this one with a unicorn because I like horses.

“It’s temperamental all over with its mane.”

She added: “It’s going to hurt.”
