Based on Stellar, brand new kitchen in Katie’s House costs £28k and new pieces of furniture in her living room will cost £2,049.95.

They estimate the dining room furniture set costs £3,596. Moving into the bedrooms, Stelrad asked for the Princess’s rooms to cost £905 while Jett put them back for £488 – with some items coming from Ikea.

For the four armchairs in Katie’s garden room, they are estimated to have spent £900 while the reception room costs £2080, meaning the total renovation cost is £38,918.95.

On the show, Katie showed off her West Sussex home, which has been completely refurbished, having fallen into disrepair after years of neglect.

Cameras panned around the house to show the beautiful living room decor, with plush pink and green velvet sofas overlooking the countryside.

Candles and mirrors have been carefully decorated to make the room look light, bright and airy – with the fireplace cleared and ready to go.

Elsewhere in the house, teenage daughter Princess’s room has been transformed with a large pink bed, as well as neon-lit signage bearing her name.

While youngest son Jett’s room has been transformed into a jungle paradise, with splashes of green and dark wood to give it a natural feel.

The entrance hallway has also been changed – with a neon sign that reads “Welcome to Pricey Woods” on the wall, as a reminder to Katie’s fiancé Carl.

A large lip love seat and three identical pink dog figurines have been added to the space to give it a pop of color, matching the pink stair stand.

While reviewing her craft, Katie told her mother and sister that she was pleased with “what she had accomplished” in cleaning the house.

“The journey of this house is not only about me but also about the journey of the children, my mother, my sister,” the star said in front of the camera.

“I tried and so did my family. But it shows you can turn things around and I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved.”

“This is my land and my house, now the house is coming together as if coming back together,” Katie continued.

“This place used to be called Mucky Mansion, but that’s not the case anymore, now it’s my happy home.”
