Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion WILL air on Channel 4 this week despite latest arrest

CHANNEL 4 is continuing with broadcast plans Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion Performance this week – despite her latest arrest.
The mother-of-five filmed a TV series chronicling her efforts to renovate her dilapidated Sussex home after years of neglect and disasters including fires and break-ins.
It will take place less than a week after her arrest at ‘Mucky Mansion’ on Friday night.
The 43-year-old is facing five years in prison for allegedly sending a “gutter s**g” text to ex Kieran Hayler about his fiancée.
A Channel 4 spokesperson told Mirror: “At 5:45pm on Friday (January 21), police responded to a report that a suspect had violated their restraining order.
“Officers arrested a woman in her 40s, who remains in custody while interrogations are ongoing.”
Katie was detained by police for 12 hours for potentially violating a court order.
Breaking her silence after the arrest, Katie wrote on Instagram: “I still have my sparkle and drive.
“Looking forward to this week. Big announcement, very excited.”
Sources close to the matter said the text allegedly branded Michelle as “c***ing w*** e piece of s***” and “gutter s**g”.
The Sun revealed today that Katie’s family urged her to seek help at Priory in the weeks before her arrest.
A friend said people close to the former glamor model were worried about her behavior, which they said had become increasingly erratic.
Katie could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison if convicted and found guilty.
She was given a 16-week suspended prison sentence for drink driving after she flipped her BMW in a horrific crash in September.
A person can be recalled to prison during a suspended sentence if they violate the terms of their license.
Usually the court will focus on the new crime committed at sentencing and treat the original term as an aggravating factor.

In this case, Katie could be jailed for 5 years with 16 weeks of concurrent execution or potentially higher than the main sentence.
Katie was slapped with a 5 year warrant in 2019 after she called Michelle a “f*** ing c***” during a foul mouth attack at the school gate.
She is prohibited from communicating with Michelle “directly or indirectly”.
At the time, Katie described the court drama as “exaggerated nonsense” and expressed no regrets that she “didn’t do anything so bad”.
But she pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words or conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Horsham Magistrates Court.
The arrest is the latest turning point in the troubled star’s turbulent life.
Just last month, Katie avoid jail for flipping her car in a drunk driving accident.
A judge punished her for believing she was “above the law” but was unable to send her to jail because of a legal loophole.
