Keanu Reeves has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man accused of making multiple unsolicited appearances at his home.
The Hollywood star, known for his roles in The Matrix and John Wick series, said the alleged incidents had left him “really worried, upset and distressed”.
In court documents obtained by the PA news agency, Reeves testified that Brian Keith Dixon, 38, visited his Los Angeles County property six times, once sleeping in the actor’s back garden.

He said the incidents occurred over a three-month period from November last year to January 2023.
The documents also say that on a second visit, Dixon left a backpack on the property, which contained “exotic” items including a DNA test kit.
Dixon posted “incoherently and alarmingly on social media, calling himself ‘Jasper Keith Reeves’, seemingly indicating he believes he and Mr. Reeves are related,” they said.
In her own statement, Reeves said: “Over the past few months, there have been numerous instances where Defendant visited my home uninvited, trespassed on my property, attempted to enter my home and attempted to contact me. contact me.

“I understand that there is an ongoing criminal investigation against Defendant due to his disruptive behavior.
“The Defendant’s ongoing acts of harassment, harassment, and intimidation cause me real anxiety, discomfort, and distress, including because I want to protect my partner and friends, who reside in or spend time at my house.”
The ban is in place until February 24, the date of a hearing on the matter.
It says that Dixon must stay 100 yards away from Reeves at all times.
