Keke Palmer responded cautiously on Monday to a question about her current relationship status with Darius Jackson, the father of her young son.
On demand to “Today with Hoda & Jenna” According to Palmer, if she were still with Leodis’ father, she would respond by reaching out to Beyoncé, who is notoriously private about her personal life.
“Mind your business,” the actor said with a laugh, causing hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager to cry.
“We will do!” Hager replied.
Fans of the “Nope” star wondered whether her relationship with Jackson was on the rocks after the two were publicly embroiled in internet drama over the summer.
Jackson sparked backlash in July when he criticized Palmer over his recent outfit choice, sharing a social media video that showed the actor wearing a sheer Givenchy dress and a black bodysuit to an Usher concert.
“It’s the outfit, but you’re a mother,” Jackson wrote at the time.
Palmer has subtly declined since then Hints that she doesn’t mind that Jackson disapproves of her clothing. Last month, she took to X (formerly Twitter) to promote her appearance in a music video for Usher’s song “Boyfriend.”

Earlier this month, Jackson posted an Instagram video It showed the couple enjoying a night out at a Beyoncé concert during the singer’s Renaissance world tour.
The two of them too filmed themselves while eating to celebrate Palmer’s 30th birthday in late August, with Jackson calling Palmer his “partner in crime.”
