Kendall Jenner, 26, chose to let her followers see her latest hobble in the gym and showcased her incredible figure days after admitting she needed to ‘calm down’ and urge followers to do the same

Kendall Jenner has flaunted her health with impressive muscular legs to her followers with a new video.

The The 26-year-old m odel was caught swinging expertly along a row of ceiling-mounted bars at her personal trainer’s gym.

In an interview with E! News “I usually start my day with a cup of detox tea,” she says.

And she doesn’t just drink one cup in the morning, as she adds: “I drink 12 cups a day.”

Her brand of Kusmi is said to have hit the spot allowing her drink to flush toxins out of her body.

And when Tequila founder, 818, doesn’t hit the gym, she wants to check her mental health to find ways to relax.

Sharing an insight with fans, she wrote: “I’ve had some sad times over the past few days and I find it hard to rest sometimes.”

She lists a number of activities that help her ‘calm down’ including meditation, nature walks and journaling before giving her followers advice: “get outside, pick up a new hobby, hug People you love, keep a smile on your face!

“Great things are coming your way.”

Meanwhile, fans following The Kardashians’ new series of photos are still questioning Kendalls’ kitchen skills after she admitted to clumsily slicing cucumbers.
