Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona, who was robbed and had her cars stolen, has advised Molly-Mae Hague to be “careful” as she shares photos of the home she recently bought with beau Tommy Fury.

Kerry Katona has issued a warning to Molly-Mae Hague for sharing pictures of her dream apartment after both stars fell victim to devastating crimes.

The Love Island star, 22, has shared glimpses of her new plush home, which she recently bought with boyfriend Tommy Fury, although she has vowed to be more careful about her social media posts after the couple’s old house moved into a pound “looted” was 800,000 burglaries.

However, former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry, 41, who had her and her fiancé’s cars stolen within 11 days of last year and was held hostage by masked robbers over a decade ago, has advised the creative director of Pretty Little Thing To reconsider, she said, “It’s not worth it.”

Speaking for New Magazine, the mother-of-five said: “Molly-Mae Hague has announced that she and boyfriend Tommy Fury have finally found a new home – and it’s in Cheshire so she’s just around the corner from me!

“Some of her fans were concerned that she had posted photos to Instagram after being the victim of a burglary last year.

“There’s nothing wrong with sharing a few pictures, but you have to be careful. After what I’ve been through and the experiences I’ve had, I think it’s better to keep it to yourself. It’s not worth it.”

In 2007, armed robbers threatened to kill Kerry and her family before stealing £150,000 worth of valuables.

Kerry, her then five-month-old daughter Heidi, and her now ex-husband Mark Croft were held hostage by three masked assailants.

In November last year, Molly-Mae said the Manchester flat she shared with boxer Tommy was a target for thieves.

She explained: “It was just awful, awful, awful. So we dealt with a lot.

“Our apartment was robbed, looted, emptied. You name it.”

The influencer said the experience prompted her to check how much she shares about her personal life on social media, but she recently shared snaps of a new house she and Tommy bought and even an Instagram account for created the pad.

“I know many of you didn’t expect me to make a home private account as I’ve become much more private in what I post about our personal lives,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories of the new account, called Molly Maison .

“However, I always dreamed of having a home bank account. I’ve decided I don’t want the past to control my future, how I live my life and what I share with you guys,” she added.

The couple have big plans to remodel the mansion, including ripping out an ensuite bathroom.

The room could serve as her “shooting room” where she records her vlogs and makeup tutorials.
