Kevin Costner and ex-wife reach child support agreement

Kevin Costner was ordered to pay his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner $129,755 a month in child support, almost half the amount of her original proposal.
The “Yellowstone” actor also owes Baumgartner $200,000 in legal fees and another $100,000 in forensic accounting work, according to a Tuesday ruling disclosed in documents obtained from Fox News.
She filed for divorce from the actor in early May, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending the nearly 19-year marriage. The divorce documents listed April 11 as the date of separation.
Santa Barbara Superior Court Justice Thomas Anderle also requires in his preliminary ruling that the exes split the cost of their three teenage children’s private school fees, health care expenses, sports and extracurricular activities equally.
In an initial registration In June, People reported that Baumgartner was filing for $248,000 a month in child support, demanding that Costner also be responsible for 100% of the children’s schooling, health care, and activity costs.
