Double Oscar winner Kevin Spacey will have to appear in court to officially confess to a 17-year-old sexual assault charge.
The former Hollywood star, 62, has said he “firmly denies” the allegations made by the three men, now in their 30s and 40s.
He is listed to appear at Old Bailey’s Court One with his full name Kevin Spacey Fowler to plead guilty and testify the case before Mr Justice Wall.
The American actor was released on unconditional bail and is expected to appear in person at central London court rather than via video.
He faces four charges of sexual assault and one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.
The alleged breaches took place in London and Gloucestershire between 2005 and 2013.
At the time, Spacey was artistic director of the Old Vic theater in London.
The House Of Cards star has an address in Waterloo, south London, but his home is in the US, where he has family and a nine-year-old dog.
Last month, at a magistrate’s court hearing, Spacey’s attorney Patrick Gibbs QC said his client “firmly denies any criminality in this case”.
Mr Gibbs said Spacey had returned to the UK “to determine his innocence” and “get on with his life”.
The charges include: two counts of sexually assaulting a man, now in his 40s, in March 2005 in London; sexually assaulted a man, now in his 30s, and caused him to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent, in August 2008 in London; and sexually assaulted a man, now in his 30s, in April 2013 in Gloucestershire.

Crown prosecutors authorized charges against him in May, but Spacey could only be formally charged once he arrived in the UK last month.
Spacey is known for starring in American Beauty and The Usual Suspects.
He was artistic director at the Old Vic from 2004 to 2015.
