Khloe Kardashian and ex-partner Tristan Thompson are said to have welcomed their second child through surrogacy.
The reality TV star, 39, has shared daughter True, four, with the NBA player, 31, although she has previously revealed her potential struggles while pregnant with one another child.
The new addition to the couple’s family is a baby boy, although the name has yet to be decided, according to the People’s Daily of America.
Following the announcement that they were expecting the baby, Kardashian said she was “extremely grateful”.

A representative told the PA news agency: “Khloe is extremely grateful to the extraordinary agent for such a wonderful well-wishes.
“We want to ask for kindness and privacy so Khloe can focus on her family.”
Thompson and Kardashian officially ended their relationship in January after it was revealed the basketball star had a baby with another woman.
It is understood they remain separate from co-parenting matters and that their second child was conceived through a surrogate before the disclosure was made public.
