Khloe Kardashian has been accused of going under the knife for a second nose job.

The 37-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star openly admitted she underwent a procedure during the show’s reunion episode while responding to fan comments about her “new face.”

She said at the time, “For me everyone is like, ‘Oh my God, she had her third face transplant!’

“I had a nose job!”

She continued, “Everyone is so upset, why am I not talking about it? Nobody has ever asked me! You are the first person who has ever asked me about my nose in an interview.

“I did injections, sure. Not really botox. I had a terrible reaction to Botox.”

But after seeing snaps from a recent party for her brand Good American, fans took to Reddit to speculate if she had another rhinoplasty.

However, the Mirror understands that Khloe only had the one rhinoplasty she spoke about.

One Reddit user wrote: “WHAT DID SHE DO TO HER NOSE. Looks like Cindy Lou Who.”

Another wrote: “It says to have four nose jobs before your nose falls off.

“Eventually she’ll just be left with her nostrils,” suggested a third.

And one wrote: “How is it possible to change his face in such a way that it doesn’t make sense lol.”

Never letting speculation get you down, Khloe has shared a series of stunning snaps from her party, which wowed in a fitted denim dress with a plunging neckline and an oversized floor-length denim jacket.

Khloe swept her long blonde hair back into a high ponytail and looked as sensational as ever as she posed with friends and sister Kourtney and fiancé Travis Barker.

“Good American x Revolve Moments,” she captioned the collection of images.

“So funny,” Travis commented.

And her friend Olivia Pierson commented: “Ooooooo jasss!! It’s so much fun celebrating you, my love.”

“What beautiful legs,” a fan told her.

And another wrote: “Kill beast”
