Reality star Khloe Kardashian is a fitness buff and has previously said ‘it’s an important part of my life and it keeps me fresh’. Her PT shared what her weekly workout looks like
Khloe Kardashian’s personal trainer has revealed how the reality TV star got her enviable body.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star completes at least five workouts per week and has gained strength over time.
She has a gym in her lavish home in Los Angeles and hires PT Joël Bouraïma to help her achieve her goals.
“Khloe has a full professional gym in her home, so of course, we have more weights and equipment,” he explained to Women’s Health.
The reality star spent the week skipping, doing planks, squats, push-ups, rock climbing and planks, which she repeated for several sets.
She even made sure to arrive 30 minutes before PT to stretch and warm up for the one hour session.
The exercises shared in the publication have been adapted by a personal trainer to make it easier for anyone to do at home.
One of the days is for cardio or pilate.
During the final two days, there are training sessions that focus on the glutes, muscles and arms to help the star reach her desired fitness level.
Khloe’s personal trainer also discusses the importance of rest days to get stronger and prevent injury.
“She needs some days off, it’s part of the process just like a training day,” he said.
“People often underestimate the holidays but it’s during this time that your body is becoming healthier.”
Khloe has previously spoken about her love of exercise, telling Life and Style that she can’t wait to get back to the gym after giving birth to True – whom she shares with Tristan Thompson – in September April 2018.

She told the magazine: “I’m excited because exercise means more to me in terms of mental health. It’s not necessary [about] how I look. Yes, it’s a by-product. You look good. But for me it is [for] my sanity and i was so engrossed. ”
She also told People last August: “For me, exercise is an important part of my life and it keeps me refreshed.
“It makes me feel strong and fulfilled. A little self-care is just what I need.”
She added: “It’s a stress reliever. Sometimes I feel anxious. It takes everything away.
“A byproduct of [working out] do you look good But my main focus isn’t, ‘Oh, I need to lose 5 lbs.’ I don’t care about scale. I feel energized and ready to chase my daughter [True] approximately during the day. It gives you the little satisfaction I need. “
