Kim Kardashian spoke in court about her grievances at working with Blac Chyna after she allegedly hit Rob Kardashian with a metal rod.

Chyna and Kim’s younger brother Rob dated when they had their own reality TV show Rob and Chyna on E! The network, which also hosts Keep Up With The Kardashians.

After season one of Rob and Chyna ended, it was alleged that Chyna was paid $370,000 to appear in four episodes of the hit show featuring the Kardashian family – something that disgusted Kim.

The Los Angeles Superior Court heard Tuesday about an email from Kim that was read at the time on E! “no one listens to us… Nobody respects us”.

Later, it was reported that the 41-year-old woman had urged her sisters to contact E! executives after her brother’s fight with Chyna in December 2016, in which he was allegedly attacked with a metal rod.

Kim, wearing a gray pin-striped suit, explained to jurors in court: “I am saddened that Rob is so emotional and upset.

“I remember trying to support my brother – he was so emotional.”

She continued: “It was all blurry,” before she described how she remembers Rob looking at the time “red and puffy and exhausted and exhausted.”

Kim added: “It’s our show and she’s not part of the family.”

Chyna, who shares 5-year-old daughter Dream with Rob, is suing the Kardashian family for defamation and says they got too involved in her contract on their show and her spin-off series.

Kim has been named as a defendant in a $108 million lawsuit along with sisters Khloe, 37, Kylie Jenner, 24, and their mother Kris Jenner, 66.

Kim was questioned by Chyna’s attorney in court on Tuesday about messages she allegedly sent to her sisters regarding Chyna and was also asked if there was ever a family meeting to talk about whether season two of Rob and Chyna has been cancelled.

Attorney Lynne Ciani pointed to an email Kim sent to the KUWTK producers, which discussed she would be taking a break from the show and hinted the rest of the family would do the same if they continued to include Chyna in the scenes.

Ciani asks Kim: “You removed Chyna from her show (Rob and Chyna) and now you don’t want her on your show (KUWTK)?”

The founder of SKIMS replied, “I’m just saying this is our show. We have the power to decide what we’re going to do with the movie content wisely.

“Why would you want to put my brother in this situation if he was going to cry and she (Chyna) just came to film and wasn’t with him?

“Why are we filming with her on our show? It’s our show and she’s not a family member.”

Khloe also testified on Tuesday, saying she’s also worried about what could happen down the line if a second series about Rob and Chyna is filmed.

She confirmed her sister’s comments regarding the metal rod and said: “I know it’s a metal rod. I see red dents on my brother’s neck.”

But, she is adamant that the family does not have any control over whether the show is cancelled.

This statement was later confirmed by Adam Stotsky, the network’s former president, who said: “With all due respect [the Kardashians], they have no right to kill Rob and Chyna, only E! have the power to do it. “
