Fashionista Kim Kardashian is facing new claims that she retouched pictures of herself in new poolside shots on Instagram

Kim Kardashian has again been accused of a Photoshop blunder, with people claiming she edited her waistline in a series of poolside shots.

The 41-year-old fashionista was called out over the three Instagram pictures she posted Sunday night along with the caption, “Sunday in my @skims”.

Kim could be seen in each picture with her arms raised above her head, dressed in a sports bra from her Skims range and some oversized jogging bottoms.

But it was her waistline that drew the most attention, particularly the apparent absence or odd position of her belly button. Initially, early Instagram comments all focused on how “gorgeous,” “lovely,” and “beautiful” Kim looked, but one poster then said, “You forgot to go in your belly button.” In response, another follower asked : “Skin looks weird too. Right?”

More and more Instagram users then began to see the photos in a different light, with one question: “Something’s wrong with the second picture, isn’t that me?” Two fans, however, quickly jumped to Kim’s defense, replying: “Only you. ”

The skeptical remarks continued, however, with one person saying, “You can see where you’ve photoshopped your waistline,” and another adding, “Does anyone else think that looks edited as hell?” Kim shared the pics with her 304 Millions of followers and within four hours of its publication, it had attracted more than two million likes.

This isn’t the first time Kim has been accused of photoshopping pictures of herself.

Earlier this month, during a Skims ad campaign also starring Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum and Candice Swanepoel, social media cynics argued that her hips and thighs had been manipulated to make her look slimmer and curvier.

One critic wrote: “Humans not only cannot use critical thinking skills, they certainly do not possess observation skills. These ladies are lovely, but if you think for a second they aren’t photoshopped (or anything else to mimic perfection) then the photographic anomalies are obvious! (K’s hip.)”

The doubters also came into force in February, when Kim was accused of again emphasizing her waistline, arguing that a distorted piece of gym equipment behind her proved she had touched up the image.

However, following the backlash, Kim took to Instagram Stories to share a new photo of herself sitting on the gym machine, which included a chair with an indented design.

In January, meanwhile, she faced further allegations over an image that naysayers claimed had been photoshopped to make her face look thinner or fill in her hair. They pointed to what appeared to be a distorted phone as evidence the image had been tampered with.
