Kit Harington announces wife Rose Leslie is expecting their second child
Kit Harington said his wife, Rose Leslie, who is pregnant with their second child, admitted he was “scared”.
Nglish actor Harington and Scottish actress Leslie, 35, met while co-starring on HBO’s long-running fantasy series Game Of Thrones, which ended in 2019 after eight seasons.
The couple were married in 2018 at Leslie’s ancestral home in Aberdeenshire before announcing the birth of their son in February 2021.

Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in the US, Harington said of her two-year-old son: “We think he can be pretty smart. To my surprise, since we’re both actors, we’re not sure where that comes from.
“He loves applause, every time he does something good we give him applause and we worry that it will push him towards acting.
“We were a bit like ‘You might be too smart for this, go save the world, we’re dense, we don’t have a choice’.”
Harington, 36, added: ‘He’s about to receive the shock of his life, which is that he’s going to have a brother or sister. I’m scared.
“With your first baby, you’re walking on clouds and dancing in fields of daisies for nine months, so are men anyway.
“But this time the reality check comes much earlier, you practice very quickly.
“I’m not sure he understood the concept quite well. We’re trying to get him ready for that, we’re pointing at Rose’s belly and saying ‘mommy’s baby’ and he’s pointing to his belly and saying ‘my baby’.”
Harington plays Jon Snow in Game Of Thrones while Leslie plays Ygritte.
