Kylie Jenner was praised for revealing her true skin color

Kylie Jenner showed off her real skin in a rare, unedited Instagram photo.

The beauty mogul, 24, took to social media when she advertised a beauty product that helps reduce the appearance of acne, while also sucking away dirt and excess oil from the skin.

On her Instagram story, she posted a close-up photo of her cheeks as she zoomed in on her skin.

The caption along the photo, which has a link to Kylie Comestics, reads: “Love the patches that clear my heart.

“They work wonders and keep any pimples super flat and you can barely see them when they pop.”

The youngest Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been showing off her more natural side in recent weeks, including a behind-the-scenes clip as she chooses her outfit for the 2022 Met Gala.

Kylie wore an eye-catching dress to the annual fundraiser held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with a special meaning.

She gave fans a glimpse into the red carpet event selection process through a vlog on her YouTube channel.

The model had a fresh face and showed off her natural skin at a fitting in Palm Springs on April 14 as she tried on a few options – a far cry from last week’s event where she used skin fake tan and heavy makeup.

Her look for the Met Gala – a white wedding gown accompanied by a white baseball cap worn backwards – was criticized for not following the theme of the night: “In America: A Fashion Collection page and gilded glamor”, but Kylie explained the reason for her choice.

The mother-of-two decided to dedicate her outfit to the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh – a friend of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Abloh, who worked as art director for Louis Vuitton and was the founder of fashion label Off-White, passed away at the age of 41 last November.

Kylie said in the YouTube video: “I feel like I should have gone with Off-White because Virgil and I have been talking about this for the past two years. I feel it’s right to be the return of the Met. [is] Ivory white.”

“It also takes the pressure off of what people think of my looks because I love it so much and it’s more special to me. I don’t care what people think.”
