MAY is the perfect time for pre-summer beach trips – and we’ve found the best deals for last minute holidays to the Canary Islands.

Holiday companies still have plenty of cheap short breaks for under £400 per person.

That Canary Islands consist of eight main islands including Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, LanzaroteLa Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro and La Graciosa.

With its white sandy beaches, multiple water parks and incredible scenery, Tenerife attracts more visitors than any other Canary Island.
