Left wing: Ireland sloppy, England confused and beat Scotland

On the latest episode of the Left Wing podcast, Will Slattery and Luke Fitzgerald join Ian Madigan to discuss Ireland’s victory over Italy and the campaign so far.

An and Luke agree that although Andy Farrell’s team had a good tournament, last Sunday was a bad day at the office.

Luke thinks the team has forced things too much in front of 13 men, while Ian offers his assessment of how he thinks Joey Carbery has played in his last two games.

Ireland takes on England, and neither Luke nor Ian is sure if Eddie Jones is on the right track with his rookie team.

The boys ended their conversation with Ian by discussing how his Ulster team is struggling, as well as looking ahead to a two-leg tie against Toulouse in April.
