Linda Robson cried live on Loose Women today after receiving unexpected happy birthday messages from her little nieces.
The Birds of a Feather actress, who turned 64 yesterday, burst into tears as she watched her nieces Lila and Betsy wish her a happy birthday.
In tears, the panelist explained that she won’t see her older sister Lila for a few days, saying, “She just went to school today so I won’t see her for a week.”
The actress was also presented with flowers and cake by jury members Ruth Langsford, Nadia Sawalha and Carol McGiffin.
Due to her enthusiasm as a grandmother, Linda is known to her fans as Nanny Linda and takes care of Lila and Betsy three days a week after school.
The star celebrated her birthday with family and friends at a posh restaurant – sharing photos of the event on Instagram.
She was joined by her partner Christopher Biggins and Birds of a Feather co-star Lesly Joseph.
Linda shared a sweet moment when Betsy blew out the candles on her birthday cake and also created one of her gifts – a pink bag with the words Nanny Linda written on it.

Last week, speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Linda responded to claims that she was estranged from her Birds of a Feather co-star and lifelong friend Pauline Quirke, as well as rambling that the entire cast Loose Women members are also stuck a bit with knocking each other out.
“People say Pauline and I failed,” Linda said. “I couldn’t see her while locking the door but I’ve seen her since. She just didn’t want to act anymore. She’s had enough – it’s been a long time.
“She’s focusing on her drama academy. She’s so hard working, going to classes and all that.
“I see Lesley [Joseph] all the time because we won the Celebrity Coach Trip last year. And while locking the door, I’ll leave fun stuff on her doorstep, like Tena Lady and hair dye!
“But when I’m sick, both Pauline and Lesley call me, or a member of my family, every few days to see how I’m doing. They’re both a big support and really there for me. I.”
It will be reassuring for fans of the sitcom who have spent 30 years invested in the ups and downs of Pauline and the oppressed Essex wives of Pauline and Linda, Sharon and Tracey Theodopolopodous (plus the ups and downs). quite different from Lesley’s charming neighbor Dorien (Green).
But it was the Loose Women who really pitted each other late, with rumors of backstage brawls circulating on social media.
“It’s just because it’s a women’s show that people are always asking ‘Are we in?'” Linda said exasperatedly. “We started. They wouldn’t ask a man about a men’s gig, would they? We all see each other all the time.
