Mikel Arteta spoke about the importance of squad rotation ahead of his side’s Europa League clash against Bodo/Glimt on Thursday.
Arteta’s side are in brilliant form this season. They are top of the Premier League, a point ahead of Manchester City, and have not lost a Europa League game either. But the manager is aware of the hectic schedule his players face and therefore doesn’t hesitate to change squads.
“You have to go from game to game and then form, performances and how the players are physically and mentally determine how we use them,” he said.
“Sure we will need all of them. The schedule is hectic and demanding and we have to think very carefully about how we deploy and load the players.”
