Mbappe snubs Liverpool

Kylian Mbappe’s representatives have reportedly informed Liverpool that the France international will not be joining the Premier League club this summer.

The PSG striker is set to become one of the bargains of the summer transfer window if he decides to leave his current club for nothing when his contract expires at the end of the season. But he has now told the Reds he won’t join them and will now have to decide whether to stay in Paris or join Madrid.

Origi ‘opens talks’ with Milan

And player representatives are now said to be in talks with Milan – who could offer the striker a pay rise for a move to Italy.

Reports from Italy suggest Milan are ready to offer him £65,500-a-week – just over the £60,000-a-week he’s being paid at Liverpool.

Tuchel urges Henderson

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has been caught on camera playfully shoving Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson ahead of the FA Cup final.

The incident happened when managers were meeting with match officials before kick-off on Saturday. The captains were also allowed to be present at the meeting, although Tuchel apparently did not know this as Cesar Azpilicueta did not show up.

When suggested that he could have brought his captain, Tuchel playfully sidestepped Henderson out of the discussion, leaving only the two managers.
