Lottery bosses reveal the locations of Ireland’s newest millionaires as THREE players each win a life-changing €1m prize

LOTTO bosses have revealed the winning locations of Ireland’s latest millionaires after three Irish Euromillions players won life-changing prizes in Friday night’s raffle draw.

The Euromillions raffle special draw guaranteed that 100 players from all nine participating countries would each win one of the €1 million raffle prizes.

Celebrations raged across the country last night as three Irish players became overnight millionaires after winning €1m each.

The National Lottery announced this morning that the players are from Donegal, Meath and Dublin.

Ticket holders have been urged to check their stubs carefully as they could be one of the winners.

The Irish winning codes in Friday night’s EuroMillions draw were:

I-NTZ-21276 – Online Dublin

I-NVD-35065 -Donegal

I-NVF-65558 – Meat

A spokesman for the National Lottery has now urged all EuroMillions players in Ireland to check their tickets to ensure they don’t miss out on any of the big prizes after Friday night’s special draw.

They said: “What an amazing result last night for our Irish EuroMillions players. Among the 100 guaranteed €1 million prizes across the EuroMillions community, players in Ireland managed to win not one, but three of the €1 million prizes up for grabs!

“In total we had over 76,000 prize winners across the EuroMillions and Plus games last night so today we are asking all our players, particularly those in Donegal, Meath and Dublin who played in-store and online, to carefully check their tickets . “

The National Lottery has also confirmed that one of the €1 million winning tickets was purchased online or on the National Lottery website by a player in Dublin.

The other two winning outlets of the €1m raffle prize in Donegal and Meath are retail based and will be announced in the coming days.

A National Lottery spokesman said: “For all National Lottery prizes over €1 million, we always make sure we give winners a number of days to allow their life-changing prize to sink in before we announce the exact location of the win.

“We look forward to sharing the news of the big wins with local retailers and I’m sure there will be plenty of celebration when their wins are announced.”

The National Lottery advised all big EuroMillions winners on Friday night to check their tickets carefully and if they have a winning ticket in their possession they should sign it immediately and keep it in a safe place.

To claim their prize, winners are asked to contact the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email Claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for payment of their prize.

Elsewhere, two lucky lottery players who won life-changing prizes of €1 million and €250,000 in Wednesday night’s draw.

Lotto bosses have urged players to carefully review their tickets after the Lotto Plus One and Plus Two draws both found jackpot winners.

The top prize of the Lotto jackpot of €2,759,603 was not claimed in tonight’s drawing.

The match 5 + bonus prize worth a whopping €88,368 was also unclaimed.

However, 20 players managed to match 5 numbers to win a prize worth €1,125.

The winning numbers were: 01, 06, 15, 20, 34, 38 and the bonus number was 39.

The Lotto Plus One left one lucky player €1m richer after hitting the jackpot.

Match 5 also saw a dozen winners walk away with €500.
