Louise Thompson admits she’s ‘cry 20 times this week’ as she opens up about her life as a mother

LOUISE Thompson has admitted she’s “cry 20 times this week” in a candid Instagram post about motherhood.
The 31-year-old welcomed her son Leo-Hunter Libbey last November, but nearly died in childbirth and had to spend a month in intensive care with the tot.
Since then, she’s been very open with her 1.4 million followers about how she’s coping and most recently put out a detailed account of her experience with PTSD after a traumatic birth.
Louise recently took to Instagram again to update fans on how she’s feeling and share her list of “positive” things for the past week.
Her tenth stat highlights that crying has made her “feel so much better” over the past seven days.
Louise said: “Oh, I forgot to mention I’ve cried about 20 times this week, it makes me feel so much better and I feel that every cry is a huge accomplishment because it means I don’t have to exhaust anything.”
In the lengthy post, the new mom reveals about her mental health.
She told fans, “60,000 thoughts go through my head every day. If I can just try and turn 30,001 of them into worry-free thoughts then I’m about to win. Honestly, I’ve never known such anxiety. It’s an inexplicable feeling. But it’s not, and I’m starting to understand it 😮💨.”
Louise also wanted to share that she has appreciated the love and support she has received over the past few weeks.
She continued: “I want to say a big thank you to everyone for your love, kind words, cards, flowers, gifts and supportive/constructive messages. … most of all I want to thank you for your patience. , sorry if I’m late.
“The days go by strangely fast and I can’t seem to get much done.
“Even thinking about it, I feel a bit panicky. I don’t know if I want to speed up the healing process, or slow down the precious moments.
“Unfortunately, this week hasn’t been as easy as last week, but like any ‘transition’ I know it won’t be linear, instead my path to recovery will take the form of a tooth line. saw… like my physical transformation years ago.”
But she explains that she finds journaling has helped her, but feels like talking to people is what’s best for her.
She told her fans that she managed to tell herself out of the “I’m dying” mentality, to go out to eat with her. fiancee Ryan Libbey and Leo, attended a solo date and went for a walk.
The mother of one also explained that she was considering taking a bath because “her scar has finally healed”, her appetite has started to return and she has stopped use googling when feeling triggered.
The MIC star told her followers that she also stopped taking her temperature and slept for a full eight hours.
It comes days after Louise shared a lengthy post about her experience with PTSD following her traumatic birth.
She explained that she was suffering from a “depressive panic episode” that kept her “inactive” and spent New Year’s Day at A&E.
