The daughter of former England and Liverpool striker Michael Owen is likely to move to the Love Island villa this summer.
Gemma Owen, 19, is said to have been lined up by the bosses of the hit ITV2 show for an eighth series that will kick off June 6.
Gemma – the eldest of Michael and four children of childhood sweetheart Louise Bonsall, is an international dresser and represented Great Britain at the European Championships in Oliva last July.
She founded her own company – OG Beachwear – during the first coronavirus lockdown of 2020, and reports suggest she could make money from exposure to the popular dating show.

“Gemma is not only beautiful, smart and single, but she’s also one of the country’s most beloved sports stars like her father.” a source told The Sun.
“ITV bosses are scrambling to get her signed up for this year’s Love Island.
“However, if the negotiations are successful, it will likely be a big payday for Gemma.
“The weeks spent lounging around in a bikini would give her beachwear line a boost most companies can only dream of and make her a huge star.”
Mirror has reached out to an ITV representative for comment.
Gemma attended the May Boodles Festival at Chester Racecourse with her parents last week, attending Ladies’ Day on Thursday before heading back to the main event of the meeting – TOTE Chester Cup Day – on Friday .
Michael, who also played for Real Madrid, Newcastle, Manchester United and Stoke, has turned to football since retiring in 2013.

He also became a racehorse breeder and owner, where he enjoyed relative success. The Brown Panther, bred and owned by him, won the 2011 King George V Stakes at Royal Ascot as well as the 2015 Dubai Gold Cup.
Owen, 42, also made his love affair with reality television when he appeared on the third series of ITV’s hit show The Masked Singer earlier this year. He is the seventh singer to be revealed as he performs under the guise of ‘Donuts’.
On the show, the former England captain sang Survivor’s Eye of the Tiger, Spice Up Your Life from the movie ‘Spice World’, Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline and Five hits Everybody Get Up before being disqualified.
