The Love Island stars paid tribute to Mike Thalassitis three years after his tragic death.

Montana Brown, who appeared alongside the 26-year-old on the ITV series, shared a snap of the two of them together as a tribute to the star.

Mike first rose to fame on the dating show series in 2017 and in 2019 took his own life.

Montana wrote: “Three years today, unbelievable. What a sweet and tender man left us so soon. I know he’s looking out and peace now, that brings. give me great consolation.”

“But on days like today, I will think about all the wonderful memories we shared.”

She also shared a list of all the things she’s grateful for and includes “mental health,” “positive thinking,” and “loving the people she has in her life.”

Montana told The Sun: “He sent his friend a text, ‘Dude, I don’t think I’ll see you again. I don’t think I’ll see you again’.

Speaking on the Take Flight podcast, Montana explained: “A few days before his death… he said things like, ‘I’m really grateful that you recommended this book to me. [The Magic].

Many fans shared snaps of Caroline Flack and Sophie Gradon, both of whom took their own lives.

Fans were left devastated after Caroline took her own life while she was facing trial for assaulting her boyfriend.

The former Love Island presenter was found dead at his home in Stoke Newington, London in February 2020.

Sophie, who appeared on the show in 2016, died at the age of 32.

She hanged herself after drinking heavily and taking cocaine, according to an investigation.
