Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu said leaving the villa has brought her and partner Davide Sanclimenti “closer” and they hope to get a spot together in the coming months.
The Turkish actress from Essex and the Italian business owner, both 27, won over viewers with their fiery relationship, which developed over the eight-week series.
After the final, ITV announced they were the clear winners of the public vote with 63.7 per cent.
Speaking of Permissive women On Monday, Culculoglu said that although she and Sanclimenti were close during the show, they feel their departure has brought them “much closer”.
The Italian agreed, adding that facing reality is “not scary” but that they do get “a lot of attention from everyone”.
The couple confirmed they are not currently living together but have been “always together” since leaving the villa last Monday.
Culculoglu added that they have plans to move in together “probably in September, October.”
The couple had a passionate relationship while on the dating show, which saw them both explore other potential partners, including Islanders Jay Younger and Mollie Salmon.
Reflecting on how Villa Casa Amor tested their relationship, Culculoglu said: “In relationships you have to make mistakes, to know it’s right, you have to undergo those tests.
“And in real life, whether you have a regular job, walking the streets day to day, you have to trust your partner.

“And there will be people who will try it on you, and I feel like Casa Amor was that big test.
“And the fact of whether or not Davide came back alone was a test for him.
“My test was with Jay, that was sort of my Casa Amor experience, and there were obviously people in Casa Amor, but literally my heart and head was in the villa.”
Adding that he wanted to make sure he chose her for the right reasons, Sanclimenti explained, “I’ve always said to myself, ‘If I want to choose Ekin-Su, I want to choose her over everyone else, not just because she’s the only girl I liked in the mansion’.
“Actually, what I did with Molly at Casa Amor was a confirmation that I actually had feelings for her. I realized what we had was unique.”
Gemma Owen and Luca Bish took second place with 14.5 percent of the public vote, Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope took third place with 11.8 percent, and Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page were fourth with 10.1 percent.
