As they considered who to pick, Ekin-Su told Davide, “Let’s be honest, this is not your island OK.”

But the pair received four votes for least compatible couple, ahead of a further viewer vote, meaning they risk being kicked off the island before the finale.

Gemma and Luca get three votes, Paige and Adam get two and Tasha and Andrew get one, which means they are also at risk of losing.

Indiyah and Dami were the only couple who didn’t receive a vote, meaning they were safe and will make it to the final.

Earlier in the episode, the ultimate epic date continued with Tasha and Andrew, the two having dinner on the beach inside a giant Kardashian-inspired 3D heart made entirely of red roses.

On the day of the date, the couple looked stunned as Andrew exclaimed, “That’s crazy,” joking that Tasha had said she wanted lots of roses.

Sitting at a table perched on a puddle, Gemma opened up about their relationship, saying: “We’re wrapped up in each other. But we both love it.

“You know, I find it hard to be a lover, but I feel like I love you more than anyone really before. I’ve always found myself attracted to you. I always want to be near you and in your company”.

Speaking of their future plans, Luca added: “I feel like we know what we are, and we don’t put a label on it, but obviously one of them surprises (returns home) can be labeled for it when we are ready.

“Just waiting for the right moment. Hopefully I get a proper answer.”
